Established in 2004 by Rick Nieuwenhoven, Nieuvision was created for the sole purpose of providing everyday people with a range of value added services specifically designed to help them create wealth and achieve financial freedom. More than 12 years on, Nieuvision has gone from strength to strength, adding numerous complementary services to our portfolio and continuing to expand throughout South Australia and into the national market.

We help buyers, in Adelaide and abroad, to invest wisely in the trending Adelaide property market. Our goal is to help you find the perfect investment property for capital growth, rental returns and tax benefits.

My Variation is our tax minimisation service for property investors. We help you pay less tax in your regular pay so that you can get your tax deductions throughout the year, instead of waiting until you do your tax return.
