Rick Nieuwenhoven created Nieuvision with his wife Melissa in 2004 with the belief they can provide a value added service to clients. Now 13 years on, Nieuvision has expanded and maintained continual growth. Rick started his journey back in 1995 studying Economics, doing a conversion into Accounting & Finance and has subsequently added Mortgage Broking and Real Estate to his business skill set.
Rick has worked at Grant Thorton, KPMG and TAFE SA as a lecturer in Finance, in addition to running his own business.
With over 17 years of industry experience and developing key business contacts in all industries, Rick can provide you with access to all the high end services you require.

Karyn has been with Nieuvision since March 2013 after previously working at the Commonwealth Bank, Swatch Spare Parts and Zamels in their Buying Department.
Dealing directly with Nieuvision clients, Karyn is a valuable member of our team. She is fast, efficient and results-driven with a strong customer focus making her a favourite with our clients.
Karyn has a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and is also highly qualified in parenting two young boys (Hayden 13 and Lachlan 10), with husband Patrick.
Away from work, Karyn can be found court-side cheering on the Adelaide 36ers, supporting her sons in their basketball, swimming and gymnastics pursuits or glued to the TV screen at home watching Wentworth or Winners & Losers. When it comes to naming her favourite holiday destination, Karyn can’t decide between the sunshine on the Gold Coast or whale watching at Victor Harbor.
Karyn’s #1 Tip: Always review interest rates. It’s not always your best option to choose the lowest interest rate and there are lots of things to consider before you sign-up to the cheapest rate you can find.
Louise joined Nieuvision in March 2017 as part-time Bookkeeper using her MYOB and organistaional skills to ensure we’re always up-to-date. Louise’s previous roles include Finance Officer at the Mathematical Association of SA and Office Manager at Benchmark Interior Joinery.
She is also kept busy in her 24/7 role as “Mum” to her 3 children – 19 year old son (electrical apprentice), 17 year old son (plumbing apprentice) and 15 year old daughter (Year 11 student).

Greg joined the Nieuvision team in 2017 and heads up our marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing. Greg’s professional experience spans many industries, and he’s been a former fitness franchise owner, business development manager and has over a decade of experience in online marketing, having run a digital marketing agency and website investment firm before being recruited to the Nieuvision team.
Greg’s skills cover all aspects of online marketing and his primary role at Nieuvision is to use digital platforms to help motivate and educate Nieuvision clients to improve their financial fitness.

Kym joined the Nieuvision team in 2015 as a Franchise Owner and Finance & Property Consultant, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in operations and senior financial management roles and a swag of qualifications, including a Bachelor of Economics (B.Ec), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Cert IV in Property Services (Real Estate) and Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking.
He is also an SA State Councillor and Member of the FBAA and an Associate Member of Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand.
Kym’s particular skill set includes an excellent ability to identify key areas of concern within financial structures, allowing him to develop the most appropriate long term strategy to ensure consistent and profitable results for clients. As a property investor himself, Kym is passionate about property! He is committed to providing a high standard of service to all his clients and loves seeing them achieve their investment goals.
Married with 5 Children and a dog, it’s surprising Kym can find time to have any personal interests, but in his spare time he enjoys AFL, tennis and any other sport, gardening, travel, reading and listening to Bruce Springsteen. Kym is also a keen traveler, listing New York as his favourite destination. His bucket list destinations include Machu Picchu in Peru and to hike from Lake St-Clair to Cradle Mountain in Tasmania with his twin boys.
