Rick Nieuwenhoven created Nieuvision with his wife Melissa in 2004 with the belief they can provide a value added service to clients. Now 13 years on, Nieuvision has expanded and maintained continual growth. Rick started his journey back in 1995 studying Economics, doing a conversion into Accounting & Finance and has subsequently added Mortgage Broking and Real Estate to his business skill set.

Rick has worked at Grant Thorton, KPMG and TAFE SA as a lecturer in Finance, in addition to running his own business.

With over 17 years of industry experience and developing key business contacts in all industries, Rick can provide you with access to all the high end services you require.

With more growth expected in 2017, Rick has the business skills to help develop your business.

Steve loves business! He has a never ending enthusiasm and passion for helping businesses to grow and be successful and profitable so that the founder can have a meaningful and amazing life! He’s had great success as an entrepreneur in building his organisation, and his average satisfaction rating on facilitation/trainer feedback from conducting business growth training and leadership training was 97% in 2015-2016 (He’s never scored under 93%!). Steve is a natural leader and coach and his business growth advice is regularly sought by dozens of business owners.

Steve started his first company, Fire and Safety Australia, in 2007 after identifying an area of opportunity. 9 years later he still owns this company and has revenues well in excess of $10 million and around 100 people on his team who work in all States and Territories of Australia. Steve has completed several acquisitions and built his business from $0 to one of Australia’s largest emergency response and safety training and services businesses.

For the last few years Steve has been mentoring, training and advising businesses across Australia with revenues from $250K-$100M. He conducts annual and quarterly strategic planning days, business growth training, and is a business coach and business mentor to help business owners to grow their businesses.

 

Glenn Loveday

Glenn is Nieuvision’s  resident Sales Manager.  He joined the company in May 2016 and is a smart cookie when it comes to sales, management and property.  In addition to his significant property industry experience, Glenn has a Certificate IV in Management under his belt.

Out of the office you’ll find Glenn participating in some kind of physical activity, whether it be playing social basketball twice a week or attempting to play golf every Sunday. He’s a bit of a fitness freak, spending as much time as possible at the gym or out riding his push bike. He has good taste in AFL teams (Port Adelaide Football Club) and enjoys casual drinks with his partner and friends.

Robert Paprzycki CA

Robert commenced his Chartered Accounting career in 2006 and has worked for several Chartered Accounting firms since.

He holds a Bachelor of Applied Finance & Bachelor of Commerce from the University of South Australia and was admitted as a Chartered Accountant in April 2012.

After being involved in a variety of industries he has considerable experience in:

  • Minimising tax liability
  • Advising on investment properties
  • Assisting the growth and establishment of small & medium sized businesses
  • Assisting with the formation and annual administration of Self Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSFs)

Robert has a strong drive to help people achieve their business and personal dreams. He also has a strong sport following and enjoys the friendly banter sport can provide with friends.  Robert and his wife recently welcomed their first child, Max, to the family and the proud parents are thoroughly enjoying the joys of parenthood.

Steve Boyce

Steve joined the Nieuvision team in February 2015 after being a loyal employee of GM Holden for 13 years.

In addition to his Certificate IV in Manufacturing, Steve now has a Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking and Loan Writing.  He understands the shackles and pressure having a mortgage can create and considers his role at Nieuvision to be an opportunity to do something meaningful where he can help and guide people.

When he’s not at work, Steve gets to play Dad with his 4 gorgeous children, Tainem 24, Alexandra 21, Shayla 9 and little India who’s 3.

Some things you may not know about Steve is that he’s a lover of heavy/alternative music, he’s a Star Wars tragic, becomes Adelaide Football Club‘s 19th man on weekends (with a Coopers Pale Ale in hand), and if he’s STILL got time he’ll be out chasing one of those little white balls around the grass trying his best to improve his golf handicap.

Steve’s #1 Tip: When investing in property the most tax effective way is to purchase a full turnkey property off the plan. This is not only for the tax savings but the stamp duty payable for an existing house is quite excessive compared to an off the plan property.

 

 

Karyn Reddick

Loan Writer

Karyn has been with Nieuvision since March 2013 after previously working at the Commonwealth Bank, Swatch Spare Parts and Zamels in their Buying Department.

Dealing directly with Nieuvision clients, Karyn is a valuable member of our team. She is fast, efficient and results-driven with a strong customer focus making her a favourite with our clients.

Karyn has a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and is also highly qualified in parenting two young boys (Hayden 13 and Lachlan 10), with husband Patrick.

Away from work, Karyn can be found court-side cheering on the Adelaide 36ers, supporting her sons in their basketball, swimming and gymnastics pursuits or glued to the TV screen at home watching Wentworth or Winners & Losers. When it comes to naming her favourite holiday destination, Karyn can’t decide between the sunshine on the Gold Coast or whale watching at Victor Harbor.

Karyn’s #1 Tip: Always review interest rates. It’s not always your best option to choose the lowest interest rate and there are lots of things to consider before you sign-up to the cheapest rate you can find.

 

Louise McGeorge

Bookkeeper

Louise joined Nieuvision in March 2017 as part-time Bookkeeper using her MYOB and organistaional skills to ensure we’re always up-to-date.  Louise’s previous roles include Finance Officer at the Mathematical Association of SA and Office Manager at Benchmark Interior Joinery.

She is also kept busy in her 24/7 role as “Mum” to her 3 children – 19 year old son (electrical apprentice), 17 year old son (plumbing apprentice) and 15 year old daughter (Year 11 student).

Louise’s #1 Tip: Be honest to yourself and others – “Do Justice, Love Mercy, Walk Humbly”. 

 

Blake Crannaford

Blake’s first post-school workplace was outdoors as a landscaper, but he’s since put his landscaping tools to one side and is enjoying the challenge and new relationships he’s made since joining Nieuvsion’s Head Office team in April 2015. Starting out as Office Receptionist, he has recently progressed to the position of Sales Assistant.

Blake is keen to learn more about property investment and other areas of the business and to take on tertiary studies to further develop his career at Nieuvision.

Outside of work, the love of Blake’s life is currently his 1994 Series 1 R33 Gts-t Skyline. For the car enthusiasts out there, here are the specs. It has… a high flowed turbo, Nisstune ECU, bigger injectors, splitfire coil packs, recently rebuilt motor with new pods, walbro fuel pump, heavy duty cluth, 3 inch exhaust with high flow cat, coilovers and 19” deep dish speedy Rims. Blake’s got plans to also fit a sports steering wheel and change over the blow off valve.

When Blake’s not out cruising, he’s playing social basketball and cricket for the Birdwood Cricket Club. In 2015 he won the batting trophy for most runs scored and highest average for the season.

Kym joined the Nieuvision team in 2015 as a Franchise Owner and Finance & Property Consultant, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in operations and senior financial management roles and a swag of qualifications, including a Bachelor of Economics (B.Ec), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Cert IV in Property Services (Real Estate) and Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking.

He is also an SA State Councillor and Member of the FBAA and an Associate Member of Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand.

Kym’s particular skill set includes an excellent ability to identify key areas of concern within financial structures, allowing him to develop the most appropriate long term strategy to ensure consistent and profitable results for clients. As a property investor himself, Kym is passionate about property! He is committed to providing a high standard of service to all his clients and loves seeing them achieve their investment goals.

Married with 5 Children and a dog, it’s surprising Kym can find time to have any personal interests, but in his spare time he enjoys AFL, tennis and any other sport, gardening, travel, reading and listening to Bruce Springsteen.   Kym is also a keen traveler, listing  New York as his favourite destination. His bucket list destinations include Machu Picchu in Peru and to hike from Lake St-Clair to Cradle Mountain in Tasmania with his twin boys.

Ann-Marie Bosco

Ann-Marie joined the Nieuvision team in July 2015 as a Franchise Owner and Finance Consultant after fulfilling her previous roles as Compliance Officer and Superannuation Administrator with other companies.

The family farm on Eyre Peninsula is where Ann-Marie enjoyed her childhood – farming wheat, oats, barley & grazing sheep and enjoyed her free reign of the ‘company vehicle’ the tractor.

Whilst raising her 3 children (aged 18, 12 & 8) with her husband, Ann-Marie has been able to accumulate a stack of qualifications in the areas of Finance and Mortgage Brokering, Superannuation Management and Business (Banking & Finance).

Any spare time she has is spent supporting Junior Tennis, teaching her children chess (but now the 8 year old is starting to teach Mum!) and going for walks in Morialta Conservation Park.
